After reaching the old fort you will be forced to leave the coast path

Follow the road down into Lower Town.

Bear right across the bridge over the river Gwaun and climb the hill into Fishguard square.

At the square, which has a roundabout with a cannon in it, bear left up High Street.

On you right, after about 200 yards, you will pass Somerfield.

In another 200 yards you will reach Lota Park Road.

Avon House is the second of the pair of semi's on the far corner, with a white B&B sign.
