via the Bypass

Turn left at the roundabout at the exit from the Ferry Terminal, signed to M4.

At the second roundabout go straight on, signed to Cardigan and M4.

At the third roundabout turn left, again signed to Cardigan. (M4 now signed right)

On entering Fishguard, pass the 30 mph signs where, on the left, a new housing estate is being built.

Pass the pub and Avon House is the fourth house on your left with a white B&B sign.

Turn left at the roundabout at the exit from the Ferry Terminal, signed to M4.

At the second roundabout turn sharp left and go on up the hill along Vergam Terrace.

Pass the shops and go on to the Square.

At the roundabout (with a canon in the centre) turn right up High street.

Pass Somerfield on your right.

In about about 200 yards look out for a sign to Lota Park.

Avon House is the second house on the right, with a white B&B sign.
