Avon House is a private house, built in the early 1900's, that offers bed and breakfast accommodation to paying guests at the owner's discretion. Accordingly the facilities and fittings are broadly those that one would expect to find in a typical family home.

The house is entered through a standard width front door. The guest dining room is on the ground floor with a small cloakroom a little further along the corridor.

All guest bedrooms are on the first floor, which is reached by flight of sixteen steps that rises at approximately forty-five degrees. At the top of the stairs a ninety-degree turn brings one to the bathroom which serves the single and twin rooms. The bathroom comprises a standard WC, bath and walk-in shower.

A further ninety-degree turn and a step up leads to the three bedrooms. The double room includes a compact en-suite with standard WC and walk-in shower.

There is ample on-road parking near the house and the main bus-stops are in Fishguard Square, about 400 yards away.
