Following an email enquiry you will be informed about availability and the cost will be confirmed.
Should you wish to proceed the booking will be confirmed by email.

Rooms will be ready 4:00pm, except by prior arrangement.
Guests are asked to vacate rooms by 10:00am on the day of departure.

Avon House is a private house which offers bed and breakfast accommodation
to individual paying guests at the owners' discretion.
There is no public access, by right or by invitation, to any part of the premises
